We are a Goldwell colour salon. Our retail brands include Goldwell Dualsenses, StyleSign, KMS, with a splash of EVO home care and Eprés bonding system.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life gets a bit chaotic and sometimes this results in needing to cancel or reschedule your service. As we often have a waitlist of clients needing an appointment, we please ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations, so we can offer your appointment time to someone else.
Same day cancellations will result in a payment of 50% of your scheduled service, at your next appointment. At times, when booking large colour jobs, we may ask for
your card details when booking your appointment. Please know that this is kept completely private and no payment will be taken unless you cancel on the same day or fail to turn up to your appointment.
If you are running any later than 15 minutes to your appointment please understand that sometimes this means we are no longer able to fulfil your full service. Our stylists are perfectionists and we would rather not rush your service.
